Breakfast area was right next to main entrance and every time someone entered or exited a blast of cold air came through. Cooled down the food fast.

Absolutely nothing. The front desk has a tweaker running the place and he will spy on you while you're in the hot tub. He will charge your card multiple times because he thinks because you travel with money he can steal your cash, and when confronted he cusses you out and cops get called. Absolute worst hotel service I've ever seen in years of travel.

THE MANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND BAN YOU WHEN YOU SHOW THEM THE MULTIPLE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM THEM!!

The room was large and very clean. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. The location is perfect because you can walk to the shops or catch The Lift bus close by.

heater in room was very loud and room was very warm. Easy to hear others in the middle of the night.

convenient location to Winter Park and nearby shops and restaurants. Courteous front office and staff. Free shuttles to and from Winter Park just right next to the hotel.

The staff was so friendly, it was actually amazing. They really made you feel comfortable and at home. I very much appreciated the level of service. The breakfast was also great, loved the green chili they had (the breakfast potatoes could have def been crispy but that’s okay)!

The other people who were staying around us kept going in and out of their rooms often and the doors slammed shut so loud it made you jump every time. Also just the noise carrying from the halls was a lot, you could hear everyone’s conversations with no difficulty. BUT besides those two things truly everything was great

it was a perfect location on Main Street to plenty of restaurants and other fun activities

great location, rooms were big enough to comfortably sleep all 5 of us, and the staff was wonderful

beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very dirty

We only stayed one night and it was wonderful. The room was clean, quite, and got a good night's sleep.

great location. walking distance to many amazing restaurants. one block away from skate and family park. awesome for families. From cleanliness to comfortability to customer service, hands down this has to be top five hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels! They have a great breakfast that changes everyday with great choices. Hot and fresh eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and waffles were my favorite! The 14 person hot tub was really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back!
