Everything was really nice and clean

the outside of the house looks nothing like pic. overgrown and not taken care of. Pool was cloud and dirty. The screen in pool area was full of bug the screen was broken everywhere. the house was dirty. Dirty kleenex under the bed along with other items. Crumbs on the table. The outdoor plants had hair hanging off them. Fell thru pool chairs. Refuse to give money back and we left after one night. Worst Experience ever. Owner and Booking.Com. It was nice.

The pool!

We loved how beautifully the house was decorated! Plenty of plush things like pillows and blankets to make you feel cozy and right at home. We loved the greenery in the back, along with the kumquat tree and mango tree. It helped keep the pool private and made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. The pool was sparkling, the jacuzzi was amazing, and my favorite part was the glitter in the paint on the walls.

There was a small ant infestation in the master bath on the sink. They were coming in from the front master bedroom. This is pretty common in Florida, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. The bedrooms got noticeably warm during different times of the day/night. The Nest thermostat is on a weird schedule, so I ended up getting up in the middle of the night every night to turn the thermostat back down. It made it uncomfortable during the day to spend time in the bedrooms. There were quite a few light bulbs out in both bathrooms. In the guest bathroom, there was only one small vanity bulb working. It made it hard to shower after dark.

Everything was what we expected. The bikes were an extra bonus. We had fun ride them around the neighborhood. Pool was beautiful and perfect temperature.

The cleanliness of the pool area. There were spider webs all over the screen. We had to knock down several times. There could be nicer pool towels but that’s my opinion.

It was a great stay! Communication was great from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend. Had a wonderful stay!

Cleaning company showed at 10 am (at the exact time of checkout) and received a message at 959 to leave.
