I really liked the bathroom. It was really clean. Sufficient towel and the overall ambian of the room. The staff, Tim, Tyler, and Matt, were very friendly, polite, and professional. The extra touch of providing water was beyond what I've experienced anywhere else. Love it!!!

I love everything about staying here. It feels so homey. the breakfast at the speckled hen is amazing. The location is perfect to the attractions like sight and sound theater. I’ve stayed here two years in a row and I won’t stay anywhere else.

very quiet in a quaint town

I picked out The Carriage House for my adult daughter and me to stay this weekend from the pictures I saw and high ratings I read about. TRUE!!! Beautiful property! CLEAN!! Beds were VERY comfortable!!! Cute cafe across the street to grab breakfast!! ( fresh berries and granola-topped yogurt was amazing—- included with room stay)!!!Great feature for check-in—-liked the code to access room—-no plastic “key” needed!!!

There was NOTHING during my stay, that I didn’t like! Everything was perfect!!

The room was so clean & comfortable. This was our second time staying there. We’ll definitely be back again! Loved the Speckled Hen too!

Space of rooms was nice. Bonus of having a separate sitting room was nice with microwave and refrigerator. Cleanliness overall was satisfactory, except tiles in shower were dirty or stained. Great water pressure.

The bed was very comfortable. There was an adequate amount of towels. Grateful for the soap as I forgot mine. The room was very clean. Was able to make same-day reservation.

A digital alarm clock on both sides of the bed would be nice. Also, we intended to play games but there was no table. I understand there isn't much room for one. But perhaps a folding table and chair(s) would be helpful..

The location is Great for attending Sight and Sound theater. I liked he simplicity of the place. The breakfast was excellent.

The inn was easy to find, the property well kept and well lighted (we arrived at night), attractively decorated for the season. Check in was a breeze, the room was VERY clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for us to visit the Sight and Sound Theater which was the reason for our visit. The breakfast at the Speckled Hen restaurant across the street was delicious.

I loved the decor; the property; the bed was super comfy; and management went out of their way to make me comfortable!

I was in a basement room. I prefer to be above ground because I have asthma but, like I said earlier, Management made sure I was comfortable.
