Staff friendliness. Easy access.

A bit far from Fort Lauderdale, but timing meetings was good.

It didnt have the amenities we expected as advertised. Pool, gym, grill, game room and more.

Spacious and the king size bed was excellent

What a phenomenal place to stay. The views of the sunset from balconies was just breathtaking. Beautiful canal behind building that is often filled with wildlife and beautiful birds. The rooms were PHENOMENAL. Beautifully decorated, with a very cozy and home like feel to it. We didn’t want to leave!!!! The staff is beyond amazing, and Sam at the check in register office is a genuine joy. We will DEFINITELY be booking here MANY times to come. Absolutely wonderful place!!!!

Was clean and close to everything, had to walk to beach, nice area

Was advertised as next to beach, but in reality was behind 2 other hotel/apartments bldgs, was actually across the street. Had to walk about 100 yards between other buildings. Beach was nice

It was a separate apartment with a balcony that allowed for more space and relaxation. Felt like a home away from home

I love this place! It is quiet, clean and perfect for a relaxing vacation away fro the normal routine. Close to the beach and far away from the madness of Fort Lauderdale or Miami. The rooms have everything you need for comfort. I could not ask for a better place. I will return often. This was my second stay and I was very pleased.

That I could not extend my week - I would have booked more time but this is vacation season, so I get it. I will return in the fall

It was nice having two bathrooms. It is spacious. The temperature of the showers is excellent. The coffee pot worked great. The balcony to see iguanas was a nice feature for morning coffee.

Our room 422 a/c wasn't working properly. There is no after staff that can help after 4:30 p.m. Their sister site did send Angel once who said it was running properly. It obviously wasn't as it stayed 81 the whole night. A very uncomfortable night for my 11 month old twins, mother, daughters, husband and myself. We then had to wait until morning to be moved. The office lady told me to come back in 30 minutes to get a new room. It was inconvenient to have to move all our stuff to our new room 223. We did finally get a new room and had better nights; however, we won't be staying here again. We had no idea where the pool was as there are no maps or details about the amenities given.

The location was great. Close to everything but still quite and relaxing.

I hope the resort can seek to have them reduce the speed limit on the road as it was scary to cross to get to the beach. Make sure the appliances in the rooms are all working before assigning the room to guess.
