It was clean and a big room

The staff at the desk were very rude and unhelpful I called about the wifi not working they said I was complaining and they lied and told my father that when he called my room back that their were no phones in the rooms after they tell me I can't make calls to anyone but the room service maids were very polite and kind .fix your wifi and your attitude thank you

There were no bed bugs.

The neighbourhood was sketchy with people walking through the parking lot all night, screaming. The place was pretty run down. They have people staying long term. The room was disgusting. There was a microwave but it was unplugged, sitting on a counter so we didn’t dare try it out. We were on the second floor and the railing felt like it might fall off at any moment. I asked for late check out on our last day and they wouldn’t accommodate even an hour. Rude front desk, ridiculous for what we paid. I wasn’t expecting much for this area, but this was even worse.

Price was good for the area.

Card machine didn't work and had to pay cash. Then they gave me the wrong room.. had to go back and get the right room. Needed 2 beds. Gave us a king room with 1 bed.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke, another room had a dirty stench on it and bed was filthy. I didn't even accept room and I reserved on line never checked in asked to see room first and can't even get a refund because they don't answer phone.....

Just the price I guess you get what you pay for

The whole place was a mess cigarette Burns on the bed sheets smoke smell stinky room writing on the walls .

It was a big room, and i got the key at the time i request, Late by night. I got a good deal by booking.com

It was garbage in the room, so I question everything. The room it wasn't in good condition.

The customer service is awful, I was there for work just to lay my head down between shift room was horrible.

This place does not offer anything that deserves a positive review. Should not be advertised on Booking.com its a whole in the wall motel in the hood.

The man that checked me in tried to charge me $50 cash deposit when it clearly states $20 on Booking.com. Asked for a smoking room gave me a non smoking room. Wifi went out Tv wont work. Walls dirty curtains filthy with holes dead roaches next to the fridge 2 flat sheets on the bed that go on a smaller bed size.no mattress cover on the dirty mattress. 2 lamps qmissing light bulbs i nasty stained chairs. Phone in the room look like it hasnt worked in years. the carpet is dirty burn holes and wasnt vaccumed. The pool they claim is closed due to Covid is filled with dirty green/black water they never drained it.
