We love this casino hotel! Stayed many times. Beautiful hotel and mountain settings. This hotel always has the most peaceful atmosphere about it. Great place to relax! Clean, restaurant staff is excellent, food of very good quality. Room was modern, clean and quiet.

The swimming pool!!! The food is great too.

The room was dirty when we arrived. Yes, the beds were made and towels hung, but there were bottle caps and trash on the floor around the room, the shower was also dirty. It was like they had started to clean but got distracted. Our first night the fire alarm went off, 3 TIMES! The first time was about 11:30, about an hour after we had gone to bed. We couldn't get back to sleep forever because we were startled awake with strobe lights and sirens. After about 5 minutes of the alarms going off they announced over our room phone (which was unplugged) that it was a false alarm. The next couple of times they responded faster, but in the same way (telling us to go back to doing what we had been doing (which, for most of us, was sleeping). They gave us a 20% "credit" for the inconvenience, which was 1/3 of our stay. It should have been a refund for that entire night. We did have to ask for it, and haven't seen the credit appear on our card yet. The strobe light for the fire alarm had a ticking noise just before the strobe and alarm went off. The heater had the same ticking noise, so when the alarm wasn't going off, and the heater would turn on, we would think it was the strobe and alarm ready to go off again. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep, thinking the alarm would go off again at any time. They close the casino between 11PM or 12 and 9 AM! Do these people not like money!?! The 2 restaurants and the cafe all close early as well. So don't plan on staying out late. The hair dryer barely blew a trickle of warm air. My wife had to just let her hair air dry for the 3 days we stayed, which added an hour or so (each day) to our time to get ready. We had upgraded to a "balcony" room. We assumed that this would be one of the rooms that you see from the outside, with a balcony. Nope, this "upgrade" was for a room that had a door that overlooked the cafe below. Yes, an interior "balcony" .

Receptionist at check in was very nice and friendly loved the casino overall very beautiful

To pricey. People spend hundreds of dollars at the casino and casino gives nothing back to customers. The waiter (biker dud) is an asset to your facility. My second visit to casino in two months. Service etc was better the second time. Will i recommend your facility to family and friends. Probably not.
