You really can't beat the location, it was the perfect spot to walk to shops, the HOF, and restaurants.

Location was perfect, bed comfortable, clean.

Only one garbage can in room in the bathroom, with no housekeeping service we accumulated a lot of empty water bottles, etc. Only one hand towel and two bath towels given, so no separate towel for my hair.

The location was great for getting around town We enjoyed the various restaurants.

Did not have any housekeeping services our entire stay. Very disappointing.

It would have been nice to have a microwave, coffee maker and a larger fridge. I was concerned about security. The keys to the room opened the building main door and also my room. If the other 2 rooms received the same keys....could they open my room door? That is my perception. It appears that the keys were common to all 3 rooms. I wasn't comfortable with that situation.

The air conditioner was noisy and shower incredibly small.

We were pleasantly surprised there was a second room off the main room with two couches and a television. That I recall, that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Loved being a 2 minute walk from The Baseball Hall of Fame. Super convenient.

Although the room price is comparative to other places to stay in Cooperstown, it was double the price of a room than other cities like Gettysburg, Pa and Lancaster, Pa.

There was no breakfast available, however we went around the corner to a great Stagecoach cafe for breakfast.

Water pressure in the shower was excellent and the location's proximity to downtown was convenient. The room was large and clean, and contained an ironing board and iron which was needed. The dedicated parking spot was proximal to the door.

Check in occurred two blocks from the hotel itself and while staff was friendly, that distance added additional complexities. Only one partial roll of toilet paper was provided (while ironically listing that toilet paper was included in the room) and one bath towel. While water pressure was excellent, the temperature was inconsistent. The wifi was spotty and shut down at times, and there was no desk as in classic hotels. There was an ice bucket provided, but no ice machine. This seems to have been an acquired property from the related Lake Front Hotel (where check in was) and seems to be neglected, yet still commands the same nightly cost (~$275/night).

We always enjoy staying at the Lake Front Hotel and the Visions Inn was even closer to downtown and the attractions of Cooperstown. The breakfasts were delicious and they give you $5 off coupons for each person each night. The room was large enough to keep my two sons separated easily!

It would be nice if there was an ice machine at the Visions Inn instead of having to walk a couple of blocks to the Lake Front Hotel. It was a shame that the boat tours weren't operating on Monday or Tuesday.

Location is perfect! You are steps away from the Hall of Fame. You can take a walk to the lake. Once you park your car you never have to leave. Walk to dinner & shopping. Excellent location!! The Family Suite is ideal for families with teenagers. Kids had their own space & TV. Perfect!!

WIFI , horrible Beds were uncomfortable (old ) Couch was old and broken Room was hot , you were not able to control the room temperature I did asked for a fan and they did not have one !

Room was dingy and smelled. Musty odor. Had to check in late and no one was at location to check us in.
