The communication was extremely clear from intitial reservation, key control access / return and unintrusive check in midway ascertaining any needs or complications. A pleasantly delightful experience.

We enjoyed everything about this house.The pool was great.

Location was good and house was ok overall.

No tv or internet the first 2 days. The carpet in 2 of the bedrooms was sopping wet when we arrived due to a leaking water heater. The whole house smelled musty, we had to buy plug-ins for the whole house. The caretaker, Gerhard, was fantastic to work with and tried his best to rectify the issues.

Everything was just as I excepted inside -very neat and organized.

The garbage bin outside was full of maggots and was stinking really bad. Would have been nice if that was taken care of prior to our arrival.

The house was well kept and the pool was great.

We ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels after the 3 rd day.
