the rooms were spacious but that was about it.
bed was too hard; I don’t know if there was an exercise room right above us but I could hear some
kind of treadmill sound all night. Breakfast was very minimal and keurig for coffee?? They couldn’t even offer freshly brewed coffee?? There was a sink in the “kitchen”, but no soap or dishes…

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond to a couple of issues and helpful in getting the rollaway bed set up.
It was very expensive for the amenities provided and the rooms are in need of some updates.

it was pretty!
Unfortunately our trip wasn’t as accommodating as expected. Our room didn’t have a working key card reader from the moment we got there. We were told the batter would be changed in an hour then we get a call saying the next morning. Long story short it never got fixed which forced us to use both a physical key for the door as well as having to take the stairs because we couldn’t get the elevator to work without a keycard. The phone also would not ring down to the front desk, the fireplace wouldn’t stay fully lit, and the Ac/heating units were wonky as well. Also the hotel bar was closed on both Friday and Saturday. It was a beautiful place but it was highly lacking in the amenities and functionality area.

The property was amazing, modern and extra clean.
I wish I can remember the girl that checked us in, she was amazing. she recommended us the best restaurants in the area and explained everything. she makes sure you get the full experience.
the manager it was kind of rude and cut the girl when she was talking to us. He definitely needs to work on his customer service.

The location was fantastic and the access to the private beach through the Wave Resort was great and super-convenient. The complimentary waters provided at the service desk were also very convenient. The room very was spacious and dedicated parking included with the room was definitely a nice-to-have.
The single air conditioning units for each of the two rooms were not strong enough or new enough to keep the rooms comfortably cool throughout the day. Only during the middle of the night did they start to be effective.

Staff was nice, water bottles provided was nice, garage parking was good and location was convenient.
Breakfast was lacking, Bed was too firm, floor above us could hear every movement the people made and it disturbed our sleep multiple nights. Asked to move rooms but they said there was nothing comparable available to move us to. Amenities with wave resort was nice but not advertised it was .5 mile away so long walk to get to the beach area etc.
