I loved that we were able to bring our pets and the size of the place. I loved how private the pool was. I loved that we had our own hammock outside. It was also very nice to do the self checkout and have a book of activities.

I didn't like that it wasn't clear where our pet could go to the bathroom. I was stressed to take them out because I thought I would be breaking the rules anywhere I walked them to.

No complaints

The location (proximity to beaches, including the National seashore, and other towns) was excellent! We also thought the modern decor was lovely and comfortable. Every detail down to the coasters was beautiful. To top it off, everything was very very very clean! Our suite didn’t have a kitchen (just a small refrigerator), but our very friendly hosts included a knife, dishwashing liquid, and dish towels, which came in handy. During our stay, we rented two single kayak’s (there are also bikes you can rent directly from the property). Kayaking right from the property was awesome! A couple of other highlights: Very comfortable beds, delicious tasting tap water from a well, shower was clean and spacious, the property has very nice picnic tables and outside lounge areas, including charcoal grills. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

During one night of our stay, we were able to hear people talking in a neighboring room.

This is a great find. Location is easy driving distance to many places. Well kept grounds, WiFi was good , very clean, and safe. I have stayed at many local to cape “motels/lodges” and this place was fabulous. Another major plus-pet friendly! Hard to find all of this on the cape.

The locks on the front doors don’t work very well. I have a toddler and he kept getting through the doors because there was no additional security latches and the storm door lock didn’t work.

location excellent...close to rte# 6...bathroom was nice... saw owner once...he was pleasant, helpful...

wifi did not work...staff not on premises for questions...it's a swipe / key combination based on customer phone #... phone # for staff was for urgent issues...

The location was perfect. It was close to the towns we wanted to visit.
