Always friendly staff, easy stay, convenient.

Staying on the ground floor was a bit fraught with many large trucks just outside the window. The next night I stayed up stairs and it was much calmer.

Room is clean

No sound-proof. Got charged $250 for some unknown damage after we left. To be honest, they did call me but I could not pick it up during my travel. I only noticed the call after checking my credit card balance and saw a pending $250 charge. [Update] There was a hole on the wall near the door but we thought it was already there for a long time and didn't report it to the hotel (our mistakes). After a discussion with the staff, agreed to split between two parties to avoid any further unnecessary arguments. Lesson learned: Please take a careful look at the room right after you check in and report anything unusual to the staff. Also taking some videos of the room before and after could be useful for these unfortunate situations.

No one at front desk after hours or before 9am. Covid sited as reason but seemed excessive. No breakfast

Did not like that the security light was out side our window the room when we went to sleep was lit up like a Christmas tree, it was like daylight, hard to sleep

Big room

The room we were in had thin curtains,When we went to bed and shut lights off found out they had Super bright security Bright lights shining in are windows, which made it as light as day. Hard to sleep. Second night I went to office and told them, they said I could go to store and get sleep mask.

Location was great. Inside the room was nice and comfy.

The lady at the front wasn’t very nice, couldn’t look up from phone and was snippy when returning keys. The man at the front was very helpful checking in and when we had a question about the cable.
