Price was good for the value and the location was convenient

No do not disturb sign so that was unfortunate. Housekeeping took my towels and didn’t replace them for 3 days and due to my petty nature I just went and bought my own.

Atria motel: inside good, outside terrible. Housekeeping does a good job w an aging facility. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The A/C was great, no issues w the room.

The management apparently has given up. Part of the parking lot is now a semi permanent motorcycle repair shop with stuff scattered everywhere. Landscaping is abandoned and walkways are filthy. Breakfast is now waffles, syrup and coffee. Nothing else; no milk, juice or butter.

Breakfast was none existent

Breakfast was none existent, we were told when we checked in that breakfast will be from 6:00 am till 9:00 am, however on first day we had to get breakfast elsewhere because it was 6:45 am and still not open, day 2 same thing, no breakfast, day 3 again no breakfast after taking to the receptionist ever afternoon about not getting breakfast we were told sometimes it’s later. Finally on day 4 our last day, we got breakfast at 6:00 as advertised.

too dark at the lobby. so In the beginning it made me a little nervous. I had never been to one where they close the lobby at night but I’m assuming for safety.. also, no fire alarms so that’s a red flag already..
