The outside was very nice and had a very unique feel. Lobby was cute.
Our room was really dated. There were ladybugs in many places in the room… the walls, a nest in the corner by the ceiling and on the door frame. The bed was bouncy and uncomfortable. Everything needs a refresh. I was very uncomfortable during my stay in our room.

The history of the hotel. Staff was very friendly.
No ice machines on the floors even though it says there is. Its vertical inconvenient to keep going down to the front desk to get ice. Mashed potatoes were instant and didn’t taste good.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The facility a little dated but clean and nice.
After trying the hotel’s restaurant, twice for dinner and once for breakfast, we decided to eat elsewhere. The quality of the food was fine but how it was prepared was not. You’re paying for fresh but tastes frozen and I have never had fish and chips served with cocktail sauce that substituted ginger for horseradish…yuk!

This beautiful property is centrally located on the park, but was quiet and comfortable. They offered a wonderful breakfast and the staff was courteous, helpful and kind.

the air conditioning for the entire building was out; staff didnt assign us to the room that we paid for, the restaurant had a limited menu and some dishes were not available, housekeeping never straightened the room in the morning

room needed update. heat was either on or off, unable to adjust temperature. bathroom had no shelving and no place to put toiletries. restaurant had minimal service.

great location. walk to natural bridge state park and short drive to caverns.
it’s just very old and needs a huge renovation. beds are tiny. we had 4 people in 2 twin beds (2 adults 2 kids.) with only a sheet, no quilt/ doona. we only got 2 bath towels and they were all ripped and frayed. the carpet felt so old and crusty we left our shoes on in the room. toilet was old and stained. shower was tiny. no vanity space, just a sink. very dark, only 2 lamps in the room.

Hotel told us that booking.com reserved a room with a sofa bed only. Front desk changed it to room with a bed.
Heat system unbearable. Widows would not open. Requested fan and still had to leave room door open because of heat system. Room was in the main building.

The AC was not working in the room provided to us and when we raised complaints they provided us another room even in that room AC was not working the whole night. Since they has no other proper rooms we had to keep our windows open for ventilation in that freezing temperature. the stay was so pathetic and we had to go through the pain since ratings and facilities mentioned in booking.com was not available at the hotel. Booking.com has been the go to for me to book hotel for my vacation after this I’m thinking about the alternatives

Restaurant was good. Roomm itself was clean and nice.
