Great location and very clean and the room was trendy.

Room was clean ,staff friendly and accommodating to needs and assistance.

Breakfast was very good the first morning but the last day there wasn’t much there at 7:30 am.

The floor in pool area was peeling. The air unit was so load when running but too warm in room when off. Heard doors slamming all day and night.

I did not like anything about this stay because I never was able to stay at the property because it was overbooked.

I wasn't told in advance the property was overlooked until I got there. This is bad business and I would not recommend staying here.

I enjoyed the room which was the main thing! The pool was warm. Also, the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like that the hallway down by the pool needed to be dusted. There was a lot of dust (and very noticeable) on the hallway walls down that hallway. The elevators could have been wiped down as well. There were hand prints, smudges, and an overall dirty appearance to them. The breakfast options weren’t very good. They had one breakfast person working the whole weekend and the hotel was rather busy. The food was going faster than she could bring it out it seemed like. I felt bad for her. She really was working hard, but she maintained being friendly!

called to confirm - waited on hold for 30 min, front desk said we had no reservations when we did. called back 20 min later front desk confirmed. not very clean we were there for two nights asked front deck to clean our room. they said yes and did not do so tv remote did not work main t-state did not this facility gives Hyatt a bad name.

I was greeted warmly and with a smile by Bre (the evening front desk attendent) when I arrived. Throughout my stay I spoke with her on a few occasions, she was always helpful, upbeat, and friendly. She as a person honestly made the stay! She went out of her way to resolve any issues or questions I had. The breakfast was great! Plenty of variety, and cooked fresh. All members of my family were satisfied after breakfast! Our room was larger than expected with a great set up! Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I want to start by saying anything "negative" I have to say were very small issues and had very little impact on my stay. These are merely suggestions to make an already great stay over the top. Only one of the 2 elevators appeared to be working during my stay which meant waiting a little longer at the elevator some times. I went to Bre asking if I could get a few caffinated coffee pods for the coffee pot in my room because there was only decaf. She informed me they were out of the caffinated ones and needed to reorder but offered to make me a fresh coffee at the bar! Any time my family used the pool the towel cabinet was completely empty but the attendants at the desk were quick to restock as soon as I let them know. One suggestion for the pool area would be too add a trash can. The small convenience area with food and drink by the front desk was very bare. I asked at one point if they had any more redbull by chance and was told they needed to reorder. So I would just suggest looking into the product ordering. Lastly, when I booked the room it said there was a microwave in the room, there was not. When I asked Bre about this she apologized and told me none of the rooms have microwaves and that the website needed to be corrected but there is a microwave available for use in the breakfast area!

The room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We liked the living area space.

The soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower! I had to wash my hair with a bar of soap. I went to the front desk and they handed me two bars of soap- no shampoo or conditioner!! Crazy. Very disappointing. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! The food kept running out then it was cold. The toaster didn't work so no toast, there was no half and half or creamer for coffee. The trash was overflowing. Just a poor experience, thinking a Hyatt was going to be a bit higher quality than other hotel chains and that was not the case. Oh! and only one elevator was working so very long waits.

When you expect a cooked breakfast and you are offered Fruit Loops, hard boiled eggs, and stale bread, I'd say that doesn't come close to a cooked breakfast. I would say it was the worse breakfast I've had in my travels.
