The location is absolutely perfect and the view is unparalleled. This unit has 3 full bathrooms which was fitting for our family with 2 little kids and one senior. The third bedroom with a double bed is very small, however that was not a problem for us. There is a parking spot available and the person in charge, Leo was always available and responded immediately when we needed anything. Only Portuguese spoken. We loved Balneario Camboriu!

The apartment is in good shape however some details need updating or replacing like the door handles and the stove vent.

The view from the apartment was great and the size of the master bedrooms and bathroom wasn’t bad.

There were cockroaches and mold spread out. The bedroom with the bunk bed was tiny and very hot, not a good air inflow and all we had to help breathing in there possible was one portable fan that didn’t really help. I don’t recommend trying to use that as a third bedroom option. The parking garage is hard to access and there were cockroaches there as well. Bedsheets and drinkable water were not included. The city is overcrowded during that time of the year so many streets smelled like sewer and sometimes the smell would come through the wind into the apartment.
