Отличное расположение, тихий и чистый район. От центра 30 мин на машине. Вокруг много кафе, магазинов. Отель выглядит хорошо, персонал очень приветливый. Еда вкусная, брали завтрак включен. Мой совет, именно так и бронировать номера, отдельно завтраки стоят $25 на взрослого человека и $12,5 на ребенка. На завтрак шведский стол, но в основном всегда одинаковый. Иногда меняют блюда. Можно заказать приготовленный омлет. Есть бассейн, довольно чистый и чаще там почти никого нет. Парковка платная, но не дорого $16. Думаю, еще вернемся сюда.

В основном в отеле и номерах чисто, но в нашем номере местами были пятна на карпите, который похоже не очень то и моют. Учитывая, что у нас ребенок ползал по полу, это огорчило. Уборка была каждый день, но могли не доложить полотенце или какую-то мелочь.

Dog barking nonstop, moved rooms and was placed next to a couple loudly proclaiming their love for one another. The closet had the previous occupant’s clothes in it, and the floor was filthy.

The location was prime for our activities! The pool was an added bonus!

There were several transactions pending placed on my credit card, they haven’t straightened out yet! The staff said they would in a few days but I’m concerned as they would amount to over $1000!

Of all Hyatt properties I’ve stayed in this has been the worst as far as cleanliness and amenities. There is no streaming service and the carpets in the rooms were filthy. It doesn’t help that they are a lighter color so stains will likely show.

Love this hotel! This is my 2nd time staying here and it will be each time I visit Atlanta. It’s in a great location, not too far from the city, close to the mall and in a very quiet area.

The staff was friendly. Whomever made the beds know how to tuck.... I could barely get in it😅.

Too far away if u are planning on downtown, but it was between downtown & the winery we visited. I recommend staying in midtown instead of perimeter.The room was 70 degrees when we arrived. I didn't think much of it because it was on fan, so I turned it on to cool and then left the hotel for outings. We returned after midnight and purchased some coolers from the front desk. I believe her name was Tina (she was very sweet) . The room was cool but not cold. Showered and drunk, our cooler went to sleep, not noticing the temperature. Woke up at 4 am, the room was 74 degrees, turned on light, and called the front desk. I noticed a huge water bug climbing the couch ( uhggg this can't be the Hyatt) .... they sent security to reset the unit and waited 1 hr to see if the temperature would drop ( with lights on, of course). It remained at 74 , and she stated several were without air & maintenance was working on it. Decided to shorten our stay due to ac. Kissa Anne was at the front desk she seemed overwhelmed but was very pleasant. I told her the problem & we wanted to cancel the other night. She apologized and compt the 1st night. The bed was extremely hard & and the pillows flat. I think the toilets are too low. I did not like the tile in the shower it felt like a swimming pool.

The place around is precious .. I stay me y times in this property but no more … the cleanes in terrible and the actitud of people to …the decadence is obvious ,shame because we love this place ..

Great location. Didn't think there was a hotel there. Beautiful building. Lots of convenience. Nice having the Market & a bar that served dinner.

The pillows were not good. 2 pillows that were too soft & 2 that were too hard. Didn't recall seeing a ramp for ADA to get from lobby to Starbucks. (May have missed it). Wish there was an al a carte breakfast option. Not everyone eats a buffet.

Didn't like housekeeping didn't change sheets daily..son wasted coke on bed and ot pads still there on our last nights dtay and we had to ask for extra towels daily bc it was 2 adults and two children in room

Stained carpets, mediocre breakfast, and a non-stop vacuum for your wallet. Their billing system kept placing daily holds and wrong charges against my card even after my balance was paid in full. It's been over 5 business days, and they still owe me $$$ from a "pending hold" 😒

The staff were very nice and the restaurant that was open on Sunday night was also very good and comfortable.

The bed was so hard that it caused me pain. My husband piled the quilts as well as he could for me, just so I could make it through the night - but I still badly hurt the S/I joint in my hip. Now, granted I am an older person, but still, beds should not be this hard and uncomfortable is such a nice hotel. We liked everything else about this hotel - but those mattresses are strange. They appear as though they will have some give and a little softness to them, but they actually do not.

The very considerate Front Office Manager and the entire staff made a whole lot difference in my ordinary stays in hotels specially during the holidays. Good job, team! 👍😊

The parking garage being smelling of pee. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, up to the standard of Hyatt hotels. The staff are friendly and warmly welcoming.

Rooms were clean.

The staff worked in breakfast area was extremely rude and treated my family poorly because we are different nationality. We just had to stop eating and leave the place because of the looks she gave at us while treating other table folks with extreme care.

The facility was beautiful and in a quiet area not to far from restaurants downtown.

We booked a villa on booking.com and were placed in an executive suite upon arrival. We were advised that booking.com did not check with the hotel to see if they actually had a Villa available. The managers and staff were so understanding and helpful. We stayed two nights and the first night we had to stay in a room less appealing and smaller than The Villa we actually booked. However, they ensured that we were placed in the villa we initially booked on night two of our stay. They also offered a later check out time due to the inconvenience. Parking was easy and convenient and the cleaning team was great, we came back from breakfast in buckhead and our room was reset and restocked.

I like the location

I didn’t like that we had a stain in the roof above the vent and i wasn’t a fan of being told my dogs deposit was only $75 but they charged us $100

I loved the location and the room was big enough to accommodate my family. The Barrel room had the best food very fast and the guy at the bar didn’t get his name made the best strawberry lemon drop. The facilities were very clean and there is a Starbucks on site they had drinks but not the entire Starbucks menu but I was satisfied. Also Perimeter mall is about 6 minutes away definitely a plus.

I didn’t like the lack of towels and wash cloths in room we are a family of 4 and everyday we had to ask for extra towels. That was about the only thing I didn’t like.

Loved everything here the food, location, Starbucks, and Perimeter Mall is 6 minutes away.
