Dog friendly, Staff was nice on all encounters, they accommodated an early check out, stay was quiet, great location, breakfast was satisfactory, room was clean and spacious, great tv options overall I was pleasantly surprised, it was much nicer than I expected and I’d definitely stay again

this is not the hotels fault, but the giant flashing sign to the storage unit outside the window, the storage owners should be ashamed and turn it off at night, it’s not Las Vegas! I couldn’t get the heater/air unit working in our room but it was too late when I realized, it ended up fine because I just opened the window but that made the sign more noticeable I think they forgot to offer me the cookie I’ve read about in other reviews :-(

The staff was exceptional. Service is everything and they nailed it. Even the dog behind the counter had exceptional service.

The room was a little small but not much you can do about that.

Breakfast was quick with decent variety for a hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, surrounded by restaurants, and provides vouchers/discounts to Turner and a few local eateries. Staff is amazingly friendly and the facilities are clean and tidy. They are also pet friendly which was a must for us

The room is very small and has an odor. The fridge doesn't work unless a light switch is on. Some toiletries are included but no conditioner.

I like that it was located close to diners and parking lot and walk ares were safe to walk on in this wintertime weather

Close to my house! I needed to take a Bath but they reserved me a room with a shower only! I didn't even sleep in the bed, that was an expensive shower. I needed a bathtub only!!!

The fact that they gave me a room i didn't reserve 😞 and now I'm out of $82 for a shower with horrible water pressure 😞😭🥺😣 My water froze at my house so I needed a room a bathtub and they literally gave me the only room without a bathtub 😞 FML and they wouldn't fix the problem.

Loved the anytime breakfast, very convenient. Plus didn't have to think about the usual hours for breakfast. Thanks.

Our room, seemed that the toilet and the space was for little short people. But aside from that, all else was very good, clean, tv, etc. Very well looked after room. You should be proud of your staff... cleaning of rooms, reception area also. Very welcoming. The hall rug doesn't reflect how good the actual room is. Thanks for the nice stay.

From the minute you walk in the front door you know they care about your stay! You are greeted warmly, offered home baked cookies, coffee, tea and bottled water. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is offered 24 hours as well as the cookies, etc mentioned above. Breakfast includes the usual along with fresh fruit, waffles, omelettes and sausage and assortment of breads, muffins and bagels. All staff was very friendly.
