This was our 2nd stay! Location is perfect, grocery stores, restaurants, dispensaries all very close! A lot within walking distance! About a 10 minute drive to downtown. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Continental breakfast was yummy and a lot to choose from! The rooms are very basic, but they’re very roomy, there’s a small sitting area with a couch, microwave, fridge and plenty of counter space! Our favorite part of the room was the bed! It was so, so comfortable! My husband and I slept so well!! This is a no frills hotel, but it’s clean, staff is great and location is perfect! This is our go-to when we’re in Salem!

Everything was so clean, and staff was wonderful! Very helpful, accommodating. Genuinely nice and I felt right at home. Rooms were spacious, clean, and not worn out. Indoor pool a huge plus, breakfast was pretty good, kids said eggs weren't, but, can't please everyone.. lol. Fresh cookies 🍪 at night 🌙 was nice. And Michelle,, head of housekeeping.. she is so helpful and on it !! Whatever you need, she's got you. Appreciate that. We will definitely stay again.

We stay here often. We have family in this area. We love the location. It's close to everyone and everything we need. The staff is great, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Loved the large, quiet, clean room! Staff were friendly and welcoming, snd we were able to check in early, which was super! Hotel is close to coffee shops, Trader Joe's, Safeway and Costco. It's only about a 12min drive to downtown Salem, so it is in an ideal location. They have a nice pool, work out weights, and the breakfast was excellent too. Cookies and coffee in the lobby were a very welcome touch! Coffee at breakfast was so-so, but plenty of amazing coffee shops nearby! We loved the hotel so much, we have booked it on our next trip there!

Coffee was meh...but everything else was spectacular. Still 5 stars for me!

Room was not clean , there was red hair in the shower and sheets, food in the fridge. The walls had black marks all over it.

exceptionally clean looks exactly like pictured. staff was helpful and friendly and made checkin and checkout a breeze. breakfast buffet was well stocked and had so many options. Lobby had fresh coffee and cookies that was a nice addition to our stay. we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Room smelled faintly of smoke, Beds were hard and bathroom was small with a small tub/shower. Breakfast was limited (1 banana, 5 chunks of butter, no peanut butter) Not walkable to a nice restaurants

While the exterior and lobby looked nicely updated. The rooms were not. Our room was also very oddly divided with an awkward half wall, which made conversation and watching tv difficult. Breakfast was decent, although they served the same exact food choices every morning the first 4 days we were there, Finally, switching out the meat choice on our last day.

There weren't any good views. Charging credit card $50 is ridiculous even if refundable. It takes time to be credit cheked.

The hotel room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is attractive and well-appointed. The amenities are very nice, as well. The staff were courteous, kind and helpful. We appreciate this accommodation, very much.

The room was very comfortable and I loved the fact that it was on the main drag! I am glad the loading cart and elevator were so easy to get to. The staff was phenominal!

There was a variety of things offered for breakfast, but for one who is gluten-free, all I got was the sausages(fair) or canadian bacon (pretty good) and some really bland eggs. Thus, the breakfast was a bit dull, but once I put catsup on the eggs, which I normally never do, they were ok. So, it was the breakfast. Oh! My room key didn't easily open the door, since the handle seemed to stick or something. Once I figured out how to deal with that, I had to put everything down to open the door.

I got up very early, for work so I did not get to enjoy breakfast. The person on duty rounded up a bagel, cream cheese, apple, and an orange for me. Very nice!

This really isn’t a bad thing, but the first room offered me had a very strong odor, like someone had smoked in the room and they tried to cover it up. I let the staff know, and they immediately changed me to another room.

Staff were all so welcoming and friendly at all times. The room was large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffer had decent choices so that even someone with dietary restrictions could find something to eat. We will definitely return there when we need to stay overnight in Salem again.

Large, comfortable room and reasonable breakfast buffet. Quiet. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

The location is on a commercial strip, so not much to see once you leave the hotel.

The property was clean and the staff were wonderful. The service was great and the included daily breakfast buffet was very nice. Both hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, etc) and cold items (like fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc.) we’re included in the buffet.

Room was nice for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was all very professional, had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke in room, but was not an issue.

Arrived and was charged again for room plus deposit Called they were pleasant and said they would refund the extra charge and the money paid to booking Looked at my account later and saw that they infact charged my account again for the same amount that I paid at booking.com so in total was charged 508 dollars for a 154 dollar room not happy at all

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel cover all my expectations, I recommend stay here
