The hotel, very well maintained, is across the road from the harbor and ferry services. It serves a well done and varied buffet breakfast of choice.

Harbor view, exceptional breakfast, very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and spacious room very clean. Balcony was great for stepping out for a little spring sunshine!

Being woken up at around 3 am by loud voices coming from outside
Hotel parking lot. A charted bus had arrived full of people. Nobody seem to care outside if they would wake up anybody at the hotel with their loud voices.

De kamer was zeer comfortabel, schoon en ruim. Het hotel ligt dichtbij een weg en tegenover de ferry en de bushalte maar geen last ervan gehad, het was vrij rustig. Het is op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants, postkantoor en musea, perfect! Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is ook een wasmachine en droger (tegen betaling maar toch..).
Absoluut niets! Ik heb een uitstekend verblijf gehad.

Good location. Excellent view of ocean from 2nd floor. Staff was great very nice and helpful.
There should be opaque dividers between balconies, hope you get good neighbors like we did. Would be nice to have an elevator to 2nd floor. There is a busy road between you and the ocean.

All hotel rooms face the harbor, so we had a great view from the 5th floor. Very friendly staff is always a good start to a hotel stay, and this staff was very accommodating and personable. This is an older property, but it's obvious that it has received a lot of TLC over the years. Breakfast food variety, hot and cold, was included. Botanical toiletries were very much appreciated. Lots of free, convenient parking available. We walked to nearby restaurants both nights, and my favorite place was the building that housed the Puffin Project, sponsored by Audubon.
It's always nice to have a night light in the bathroom.
Room heater was somewhat finicky, and it had to be set on a high temp to turn on, and then it would turn off after several minutes. Not too terribly cold now (late October), so it wasn't a major, and I did not mention it to management.
