Breakfast was fine.

The carpet had grease spots on it. The room smelled like oil production and I realize it is the oil patch!

Nice rooms

Staff tried to enter room couple hours before checkout time without knocking and announcing who it was. This has happened at this location before. Very inappropriate.

Would have been nice, but hot food was all gone, not being replaced, at 6:30 AM.

T V did not work, tried to call desk and phone did not work either. Put shoes on, walked to desk area and it was deserted. Loudly asked if anyone was there. Rang the bell for at least 5 min. and even louder hollered for a clerk. Finally walked to the hallway to rooms and shouted 2-3 times for someone. Finally 2 guys showed up, i was told " the phone works, I should have dialed 9 first" Other man came to room and woked on TV for @10 min, could not after getting new cable, get it to work. He called more help, 2 more guy scame and "fixed" it. Ihad re-checked phone, no where does it say dial 9 first, and trying that, phone still did not work. One of men tried it and said phone was not working and was bad. They left, we could NOT get TV to change channels, and since phone did not work, walk to check-in counter again, man showed us 2 VERY SMALL UNLABELED buttons that did it. I would NEVER have such an INFERIOR SET UP BY DIRECT TV in my home or place of business. NEEDLESS TO SAY--WE WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! Will tell friends to never stay there either.

Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff helpful when 2 of the 3 rooms we were sent to were not up to par. One smelled of sewer gas and the other was dirty, with missing toilet paper holder etc.

Rooms could have been cleaner, under beds not cleaned, Breakfast could have been better. No egg options at all. Pool was closed.

Front desk staff was awesome, friendly and courteous. The room was fairly quiet as well.

TV did not work, 1 small used roll of toilet paper, towel bar fell of the wall, hot and cold water hooked up wrong, bed was so old it had a dent in the mattress, no holder in shower for washcloths, no towel bar for bath towel (unless that had fallen off too).

We really enjoyed the size of the room and how quiet it was. It was bit chaotic at checkin as the first room they gave us, someone was in. But the quickly rectified it and all was well.

Our door did not lock when closed. There was no need for a key, but again, the front desk was great and was able to get us secured.

Would stay again! Such a cute, fun apartment. It's in a great location, about a 40 minute walk downtown. Close to great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Enjoyed the music and sound system, Pac Man and pool table.The best part, the hosts will welcome you like family. Stay here, it's great!
