Nasty Motel didn't clean the room Didn't make bed complained to the owner with no avail. Carpets In halls and room nasty and stained

The staff at the desk was kind and tried to help.

The room was dirty. I found empty chips bags behind the nightstand. The bed cover and carpets all had visible stains/spills. The room did not get wifi. It was full bars in the hallway and nothing when sitting on the beds.

well for one.. my reservation was a fraud.. never got to stay in the room, they never got the booking and i was left to sleep on the street in my car

i loathed it all.. reserved a room month in advance to find out the holiday inn never had my reservation made thru here.. i feel a bit scammed and upset my wife and I sleept on the street inour car..

This experience was horrible. I have stayed multiple Wyndham hotels and this was the worst that experience that I have had. The room was filthy.

The sheets had burn holes in them. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Had big tv in the room but screen wouldn’t size up to fit the screen.

The owner was rude and disrespectful. He put us in a room that you could tell was not in service.

The room was perfect and clean. I had access to everything I needed.

The hallways smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke.

There were roaches in the room. Breakfast was the same 2 things everyday. The staff are lazy. The sheets have stains.

My kid was playing with a ball in the room and it rolled behind the bed. We moved the bed and found drug paraphernalia ( needle, bottle cap with a substance in it. pair of panties that was NOT ours! random wash cloth). So then I pulled the other bed from the wall as well as the night stand and found more concerning items. I understand I didnt pay much and probably shouldnt expect much but at the same time, staff should really consider double checking the rooms. We had only 2 towels when i specifically made sure that i put 4 guests, one of the beds was missing a blanket. The front desk staff were very dead pan, did not greet and got upset that i said i needed 2 more towels.

the rooms are dirty all windows and carpet are dirty the sofa are stained and it smells bad the breakfast didn’t have anything no milk no cereal no sugar I asked if I could get sugar he said Walmart did not have any !

The location was okay.

the room was trashed, had blood on the sheets, the carpets were stained really bad, the sink leaked in the bathroom, the smell was horrible, there were ashes all over the room, the curtains were horribly stained, the ac didn’t work hardly at all, called management to look at our sink and he put a garbage can under it and said to let it leak in there. the place could use some updating, and if it got updated it could be a great hotel.

Extremely dissatisfied disappointed I would rather be around people and staff who are human.

Rude staff dishonest. I am a woman a human someones sister someones mother someone friend someone people. And so I should be treated like a human being not a stray animal off the streets.

Was told to leave before payment was processed I insist criminal charges are placed on the owner of the property 2 reservation were paid for and I was thrown out. I want the owner to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law . I have constitutional rights that will be upheld. Updated not

it was nice on the outside and convenient to everything downtown

slightly outdated and a little rundown in the rooms. also the breakfast area isn’t kept stocked and the guests are disgusting pigs but that’s not the hotel’s fault. it looked like a storm swept through this morning in the waffle maker area. the people using it had zero consideration for others and left a mess everywhere while taking all the syrup and waffle mix for themselves. no one needs 6 waffles each. no one.
