a little pricey for pet friendly

this location is incredibly beautiful with a gorgeous view and the light show was cute. the room itself was dated but spacious. it def needs a paint job and a deep clean.

our room was very, VERY, VERY cold. there was only one small heater in the entire space & no extra blankets. front desk staff left at 8pm - so there was no one we could call for help.

The ocean view rooms are nice. Property is nice. Access to the beach. The light show. The show. Only wish it had been the cute little lava cartoon. Or something like that.

They told us movie and light show starts at 6 but didn't start until 8. Called the office at 6 and they said should start anytime. Sat around for two hours not wanting to miss it. Missed the cute cartoon that they used to play. And there was some weird people sitting in the dark in the Hot tub for over an hour. Very awkward. Otherwise great.

We have stayed there before and was impressed with the light show being different the two nights we stayed.

Property is excellent with location to to the beachfront. Light show was amazing as usual and hot tub building is well taken care of and clean. Property is in good repair and free of debris. Second floor room was spacious and clean, plenty of counter space in the bath and the coffee area has its own counter and it has a microwave and mini fridge. Plenty of plug-ins and light. No elevator but stairs and walkways are well maintained and clear. We've stayed at this property a couple of times and will continue to. Check in was easy. I can't tell about the complimentary continental breakfast as there didn't appear to be any when we checked out but, there were other people in the lobby getting coffee so we just left. The rooms have mini coffee makers that brew one cup at a time with a special little cup that comes with the coffee packets. Worked excellent for brewing water for tea. We had some power outages that affected the entire town due to extreme storms and the door locks are battery operated back up so we had no problems getting in the room. It also stayed fairly warm even with no heating or lights on. Check this place out, I highly recommend it.

Light show was not what advertised and we were told on check in, that we would only get a Christmas movie ???? What we got was only a quick video with music .our room was musty, and cold. Mold all over shower, and bottoms of doors were rusted and trim and wall paint/wallpaper was torn. People outside smoking pot, so had to smell that if we wanted to be on our balcony. Not worth it

I loved the beach access! The staff was really accommodating with my husband physical limitations which was great 👍 The spa is really nice as well, lots of room to read and lounge while hot-tubing. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

The rooms were super small and uncomfortable in the "standard queen" rooms. The hotel looks way better online than in person . Floors in our room were old, stained and gross feeling(spent the weekend in socks!). The rooms we ending up in are not even pictured on the site(for good reason).
