Owner would not let me cancel reservations or pay fees like Booking.com promised; when my family member had Covid !!!!! Owner came and woke me up to get furniture out he had sold and was coming back the next day with more movers! Couch sunk in and allergic to it! No plug for tub and shower sprayed in all directions, dryer didn’t dry clothes well and was rusted!!! Insert in microwave didn’t fit, nothing was good about this trip and cut my trip by 2 days even though he made me pay ahead!

It was my second time staying in the exact same unit and once again, it was amazing! It feels like home away from home!

I had no dislikes---- well except that I went to book it again for Thanksgiving and it wasn't available lol.

Everything! I enjoyed it so much that I booked my spring break vacation. It is located in the perfect area as we were able to access the shopping outlets, many attractions and our favorite places to eat!

The elevator is really, really, REALLY slow. I am not sure if it needs to be serviced or not but it took a long time to come to the third floor so that my step dad could access it. He was unable to use the steps due to having an aneurysm and stroke. I did request to have a ground level condo, but I am sure that they were already booked.

It felt just like home. It was very nice and comfortable. Stores that I needed was up the street. They answer all my questions in a timely matters. Will recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for a friendly quiet clean place.

Large appartment, large rooms, nice facilities, 7 mins drive from the beach.

A little old, linen not very white clean, 2 dead cockroaches on the floor... Noisy: you can hear the neighbor on top up at dawn and walking, and the mowers non stop before 8am on a Sunday morning, big no no! Not what we expected for a more than $200 a night, and not even on the beach. Deceiving.

Carpet was filthy, killed 2 roaches in kitchen and 1 in bathroom upon arrival, cold air return vent and filter were extremely dirty; had to change filter. Pillows were old and flat. Metal frame for bed in first bedroom was a tripping hazard. Child was hurt on it

Our stay went smoothly. No problems whatever except for finding the unit number which was covered for painting.

The $90 cleaning service seems high since we used nothing but the beds,towels, toilets and 2 glasses. Nothing else was disturbed during our 1 overnight stay.

Pretty much the entire stay was a disaster

The space was good and location was great, you can get to everything in 10 minutes or less.

The carpet need to changed out , furniture in living room was dated and glass missing from the coffee table. No extra blankets.

This property was located close to Broadway at the Beach, numerous shopping centers, and fun entertainment places. The property was clean with nice water fountain scenarios. The outdoor pools only went up to 5ft which is great for the safety younger children.

The living room furniture was dated as well as the patio furniture. The iron did not work, not enough wash clothes, towels, or toilet paper. I did get more of these items after I requested, but not until the next day.

I stayed there for my vowel renewal and our stay was wonderful the people in the area was nice .Beautiful , relaxing and clean place to stay Loved it.

Everything, it was comfortable and very nice. We all had a great time and I would definitely stay here again.

The shower curtains do need to be changed they were moldy at the bottom, however other than that It was very nice.
