The beds were very comfortable, breakfast items were good, and the staff was friendly.
To say that I was disappointed that the pool was closed for a schedule maintenance is an understatement. We had a three day travel time and I booked this place specifically for the pool to help with my back pains from the days drive. It should have been posted on website that it would be closed so we could have picked somewhere else. I will think twice before I consider staying at one of your places again.

The location was great, The entrance and parking was was good.
The mattress was uncomfortable and probably old. The regular coffee has empty and the eggs were not refilled. The breakfast seemed an afterthought. Not worth the extra money spent.

They didn't cancel my reservation when I requested it nor change my date of my reservation or move my reservation for another date and I ended it up paying for a night that I didn't stayed.

It was freezing in the room and the ac wouldn't shut off. We had to unplug it.

The breakfast was adequate and well maintained. The previous night I was at a different hotel brand and they ran out of food in the first hour of breakfast and didn't restock but this hotel was superb.
The couch bed was crammed into a small space. The room was little for this brand.

The breakfast was fine, it was obviously instant eggs, which were okay but not as good as fresh eggs. The comfort was just okay, mattress a little firmer than we'd like.
Could have been a better price. It is Seguin, after all. Not necessarily a "destination" location, just a convenient place to stop for the night.

bed was comfortable, ice machine was close and it worked, no strange smells, thermostat to control AC, WiFi was adequate, breakfast was adequate, sufficient parking, quiet room, full-size refrigerator
Hot breakfast items were limited to eggs and sausage both days we were there, AC vent blows too much right at the bed, the noisy bath fan should be on a separate switch from the light, fitness center was closed for repair

FoLd out couch bed mattress had a large and very disgusting stain on it and we could not bring ourselves to lay on it, even if it was covered by a sheet, which was a total waste bc we planned to use that bed for sleeping.
