It was really great they let us check in early at no additional charge!! The room was clean! The staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was ready early and they let's us dig in b4 6. So accommodating since we had a long drive ahead of us!

The up keep of the outside was bad. I was worried it was abandoned. We pulled in anyway and fortunately it was open. Also the lock to the pool was broken and we had to ask them to open it each time. the upkeep of the pool was terrible. Hot tub had dirt at the bottom and we were told not to go in it. The pool itself was ice cold. 🧊 🥶

Beds were comfortable.

The elevator wasn't working, and they didn't have any assistance. We had 3 disabled people in our party. They put us on the 3rd floor.

This hotel was impeccably clean with new paint, new furnishings and tasteful decor. Bathroom supplies were ample. The staff was very kind.

The tub drain was clogged to the point that my ankles got a bath while the rest of me got a shower and the toilet was a screamer when flushed, but I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton when I checked into the Best Western in Wakeeney, Kansas.

Very clean and comfortable close to the highway so easy to get too.

Elevator put of service. Hair in bathtub but wasn't mine. Bedding thrown together

A very good sized room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Acceptable coffee (I personally would have preferred a darker roast).

The elevators were out of order and we took the stairs. It was awkward, but doable.

Nothing.

From my arrival, I was lied to told that rooms were not available when they were, I was put into rooms with cockroaches and holes in the walls and ceiling. I was made to wait for six hours and transferred to three different rooms. Then because of the poorly lit Stairways, I fell down the stairs and broke my nose, bloody and bruised. I was then later told by the general manager that I was not allowed to have a second helping of eggs during their breakfast buffet. I am United States, federal attorney, and 59 years old and I have lived on three continents and I have never in my lifetime been treated this rudely. I intend to pursue legal action regarding falling and breaking my nose and the public humiliation. The general manager made me endure as she scolded me in front of 50 people, all eating their breakfast from children to old folks, while she scolded me about how I was not allowed to have a second helping of eggs during the breakfast buffet even though I stayed for five days costing me a proximately $1000.
