Chris… the gentleman in charge of hotel operations was amazing. He was kind and pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure every single guest had exactly what they needed!! Thank you Chris! You made our trip!!

It is well located near the beach and the Main Street in Chatham.
The room and amenities were incredibly basic and very disappointing for the room rate.
The Wi-Fi did not work in the room.

The location is excellent. Easily walkable to the center of town and the shops and restaurants. The beach is super close and he neighborhood is very picturesque and pleasant. Chris, the manager, is awesome. Very welcoming and friendly and he is happy to give recommendations on things to do and places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.

upon check in there was no soap, no shampoo or conditioner & the 1/2 a roll of toilet paper sat on the handle of the brush that’s used to clean the toilet. I waited all week for a holder to be put up & it never happened! Chris was very rude about my bill & would not acknowledge charging me $55 more for Thursday night when my paper work I had said $320 for the night NOT $375.

-Loved that there were complimentary beach accessories available (coolers, beach chairs, towels, etc)

-Due to the A/Cs running and possible in-room outage, there were a few times we experienced other guests flipping electricity switches in the hallway which kept interfering with my CPAP medical equipment. I ended up plugging it to a different outlet and it didn’t occur after that.

The Innkeeper Chris was great, best ice machine ever, location fantastic, and a good value spot.
I didn’t not like anything, it met my expectations. The fairly new owner is constantly making improvements.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was delicious.
There a noise of water all night in our room......sounded like water running in the room above us. I was unable to sleep all night for that reason.

The location was wonderful. Just a short walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to town. Beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast and happy hour were lovely. The staff was perfection.
Room was a little dated but the Inn is old.

Very charming inn. Everything was clean and comfy. The best thing of all was the beach! Just across the road was a wonderful stretch of Chatham beach for early morning walks in the fog, to join in a beach yoga session near the light house, to laze away the day with the kids, and then enjoy the evening with a picnic supper and star gazing. Perfection!!

The location and view from our room was great. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was great for visiting Chatham and the Chatham Bars Inn. We were there for a great friend's son's wedding. Free parking.
