We loved James and the rest of the front desk. They were pleasant to visit with and great resources. Terri the bartender in the lounge was wonderful for breakfast. We didn't eat as we were out to explore other options for upcoming visits that we were planning but heard that the bloody mary was a must. I would say that it really was the servers and Terri that were a must. It is the people that work there and in the community that we want to come back for.

It was over priced for what we received.. Thin walls, heard babies crying and people in the hall. They have beautiful grounds to walk around. If you have the money for one of their cabins, they look nice but for a basic double queen room, I don't think it's worth the cost.

Needed another chair. The desk chair was not comfortable.

We love the outdoor patio and the fires and walking by the beach. We love the fact that every single time we come we have great service and hospitality spitality it never fails. As long as nothing changes we will always be back. Beautiful property beautiful location.

We enjoyed our stay at grand superior lodge very much lodge very much. The staff was great the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable we always enjoy coming up here and we'll definitely be back.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Every area is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, it is in a beautiful area, close to Gooseberry Falls, great staff. Great pool & hot tub area.

That we did not ask if our room faced the lake (our fault) Didn't like that I could only stay 2 nights. Lol our fault again.

That someone decided to shovel the roof off, right outside our room, after dark. We drove along way and were tired. So much for going to sleep early! I was going to call the front desk, but my husband said forget it, we just won't come back. Pretty disrespectful...
