Best hotel at Miami no doubt!

Overall, we liked the hotel's ambiance, our great room, and enjoyable time at the rooftop pool area. The restaurant, Habitat, provided excellent service, thanks to the attentive and friendly Paola. We also appreciated the hospitality extended by Juan at the reception, arranging a late checkout and even remembering to congratulate my fiancée to her recent university graduation which is also why we had planned this trip to the US – that was very considerate. Additionally, the employees at the cafe Neighbor were welcoming and the staff handling our luggage was very friendly and helpful as well.

However, our check-in experience was not great at all, where we encountered a significant issue with Dimetrius. The reservation was mistakenly entered into their system under a different credit card number, despite us providing the correct details on booking.com and also being able to proof that through showing the details in the app with the exact payment day including our credit card number. We were patient and understanding throughout the process, recognizing the importance of verifying payment and contact information. Nonetheless, we firmly believe that the hotel was at fault for this mix-up. During the extended wait, Dimetrius continuously reassured us, but the situation took an unexpected turn when he suggested a $60 cash payment to resolve the issue. Him whispering that information, not explaining why he needed the extra money and the emphasis on cash raised suspicions. It seemed like he wanted to keep the money as a tip, assuming he was doing us a favour – but honestly this is his job. This has just left us with the feeling that we have been a burden and that it was our mistake. We had already paid for our stay through booking.com, and any discrepancies between the platform and the hotel should not have been our concern. We also do still believe that it was a mistake made by the hotel. We declined to pay the $60 cash, as it was not our mistake to rectify and suddenly it was no issue anymore – an overall very unprofessional experience and Dimetrius definitely needs some training here. This unfortunate incident cast a shadow over our stay from the beginning. As travellers who have visited 25 hotels in all sorts of price levels during our road trip along the East Coast, we were disappointed by this being the worst check-in experience we encountered, although it being the most expensive stay.

I loved every moment of our stay. In particular the guys at PlntHouse - Pedro, Valentina, and all the kitchen staff - they really made us happy of having always our customised meals ready at any time of the day. It made us feel special.

unfortunately facilities are too busy very often (no sun loungers were available in different occasions) and they keep the air-con in the corridors too low so when inside we were freezing all the time

The receptionist in the sports club treats her very badly, and also the prices of food and drinks orders in the sports club are very exaggerated + the management's handling of recommendations and complaints is not as expected with the complaint

We had a studio room, it was very spacious and our veiw was of the city sky line, breathtaking! the beach we great but i preferred staying by the pools, they have so many!

I have been here twice, once with friends and once with family, both times we enjoyed!!!

Rooms are nice size but nothing special about them Shower handle was broken Balcony was dirty Some rooms facing street It's busy hotel all good but don't see that big fuss about this hotel as for that price they charge you can find much nicer places in Miami.

The grounds were superb and the hotel layout very nice

The room was appalling on the third floor right near the lives. There was a party by the pool. The noise was very loud.
