All good just wish more done to reduce plastic waste as below

Wish the hotel had place to fill refillable water bottles. We came to bike and a place to fill our water bottles would have been great. No place that I saw to recycle either. Please consider :)

The stuff was great only had 1 issue with the dog price, but they adjusted it.

Location , staff upon arrival, no necessity the 2nd shift staff . Very noisy kids in pool and hall so didn’t use pool and group of women fighting in the halls, room was close to walk , bed comfortable, nice breakfast, was pleasantly surprised this was biking capital ,

Noisy guests fighting women , kids screaming at late and early hours. Non guest-trying to get in pool, went to find biking trail and steak house, both trips GpS was wrong. Wasted lots of time trying to find those. Small theater in town, my movie didn’t start until the next day, lots of unfortunate incidences, construction in exit made me go through military base to get back to route in the countryside,

Very new and clean and close to the Elroy Sparta trail.

Very crowded. The hotel was full. They had a hard time keeping up with the food for the breakfast. We were in the pool area for over an hour and asked for towels and never got any. There were way too many kids unsupervised and not following the rules. I got bumped in the head by a flotation device in the whirlpool with six and seven year olds splashing and having fun. The sign said no one under 12 allowed. And also said no food or drink in the pool area, and there was plenty. One group brought in glass wine bottles which is dangerous in a pool area. There is also a young kids in the sauna so it was packed and we couldn't use it. The main thing is we checked in with a dog in our arms, signed up all the stuff to have the dog and when we were checking out they said they never knew about the dog so therefore they had to put us in a room they don't normally allow dogs. We only found out when we checked out that they doubled the price per night for a dog from $25 to $50. I showed them on my booking.com the comment that I told them about the dog, but they said it never came through so it's not their fault. I'm very upset at being charged $75 extra that I didn't know anything about. I was not told at check-in that we were going to be put in a room that isn't a normal room allowed for a dog. If we would have been told up front we could have decided if we wanted to stay or not.

Pools were clean no smell. Small pool for little kids larger pool for older children or adults. Two small waterslides, hot tub. Pub with food and drinks on location, full breakfast, clean comfortable room.

Walls thin. Could hear others talking in next room
