Left before breakfast
Took a long time to check in. Couldn't find any key cards for room. Family in front of me giving the staff hard time. Police banging on a door to escort a girl out. Paid ahead for room which was a punishment as had to deposit another $150.00 for using booking.

Chris and Kevin of the night crew were so helpful. We'd had a difficult trip and they were just good people. We loved the room. It smelled good everywhere. And housekeeping was efficient but also personable.
The door to the bathroom was a bit awkward but unless it was a good in to the wall kind, it was not fixable. So we managed just find

The hotel was fine. I did ask in my initial booking for a quiet room away from road noise. My room was directly across from the ice machine. I could hear it every time someone was getting ice.
