Instalaciones un poco anticuadas. El baño/ducha es un peligro para personas con movilidad reducida. Habitacion para 3 lersonas con poco espacio de armario No están preparados para ello. La variedad del desayuno es escasa y el precio elevado. La relación calidad-precio es alta

I like the location for its proximity to things of interest on South Beach. The room was attractive and had a comfortable bed.

Very unappealing lobby. Not a lobby. You would want to linger in. No bar. My view was overlooking a dilapidated building. I guess under construction. As often as I travel, it had to be the most miserable breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Although, Less expensive than hotels overlooking the beach, they should step it up and make it more lively in the lobby. First time I didn’t use a hotel gym, because it was in the next property

Las habitaciones estaba súper cómoda al igual que las camas.

En la recepción el chico que nos atendió no fue muy amable. Si bien nos explico que él no tenía nada q ver con Booking lo cual si entendemos, la manera en que nos lo dijo no es ideal otra persona te lo explica bien y con amabilidad . Otra cosa es que nadie te ayuda con tu maleta ni pagándole y teníamos 6 maletas que subir mi mam es una persona mayor . La terraza estaba deteriorada .

Multiple mechanical issues with AC on multiple floors

The location is great, close to the beach and far from the parties in South Beach, with good restaurants options nearby and the free trolley to South Beach nearby. Great amenities, with free yoga class, a welcome drink, free bike rentals and nice pool. I had a delicious caesar salad in the restaurant too and love that Starbucks is right there. And the team is truly amazing, especially Henrique, Anthony, Nina and the gentleman at the restaurant!!! Luxury service level! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very pleasant. We had a conference there and every thing was perfect!

EVERYTHING WAS NICE! They provided bike rentals, my first night we rode bikes up and down Collins Ave. There is a Liquor store 24 hour Subway across the street. They provided beach chairs & towels. Me and my fiancé enjoyed spending time on the 3rd floor terrace! It was so peaceful we even napped out there. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the rooftop pool. Will be going back!

All the extra fees and deposit they don't tell you about until you arrive there. I wasn't aware and had to pay an extra $180.

Literally everything! Sounds cliche, but from the staff to the amenities, to the cost, to the location, absolutely everything was perfect!

Incredible staff. They did everything in their way to make us have a great time out in Miami Beach. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. We were promoted to a room on the top floor with a big balcony with oceanview and that really made our stay amazing. Big thanks to the staff that made that happen, you are truly wonderful people.

The customer service from the staff is the best I've experienced from a hotel in Miami. This was my fourth trip to Miami and I feel fourth time lucky as this hotel ticks all the boxes. It's like a peaceful oasis. The staff really look after you and make you feel so welcome. The property is in an amazing location in Mid Beach. It is next door to Starbucks and the Triton supermarket is across the road which is so handy! There is a free trolly bus behind the hotel that takes you to Lincoln Road for shopping. I walked to South Beach in 25 minutes or you can take the bus or Uber. It's like transport central...which makes me feel very at home coming from London!
