Well equipped condo, clean throughout, location, quiet, comfortable bedding. A very nice place for a 6 night stay. Close to markets and beach.

just across the street from one of the best snorkeling spots on the Big Island. we have stayed in many of this area’s condos& our stay here was one of the best!

I stayed there with my two teenage kids and we had a great time. The owner and the manager were very accommodating and responsive. I highly endorse staying at this condo. The condo was very comfortable and had all the supplies we needed. We enjoyed using your grill and pool

We enjoyed every part of it we disliked nothing

The location was great. It is located right across the street from a nice snorkeling beach. There's lots of shopping nearby. The facility has a really nice pool, hot tub, outdoor showers, and a grill available for use. The condo is fully furnished and equipped for visitors' needs including beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, etc.)

I wish more laundry detergent had been left for us. There was plenty of dish detergent, but only enough laundry detergent for 1 load for a 4 day stay. Considering we were instructed to wash the towels as part of the checkout process, that meant we had to go purchase laundry detergent. Of course, you can't fly with laundry detergent, so we left it. Just a couple more laundry pods would have been nice. The owner also forgot to give me the access code and wasn't available when I contacted her. Luckily her contact person did answer right away, so we were able to get in. The owners were friendly and wonderful to work with. My comment about the code should just serve as a reminder to future guests to ask about the code before you're standing at the door. Oops!

It was off the beaten path, but close enough that it was easy to run into town.

As a diver, would have liked a tub option, but not a deal breaker.

The location was great and the view of the beach from the Lanai was spectacular. Tricia and Donato are seasoned hosts and clearly have taken feedback from previous hosts to provide all needed amenities and many more items that were unexpected and very welcome. There is very good snorkeling in the beach right across the road. In addition, it seems to be one of Kona's most popular surfing beaches, though there was basically no surf the whole week until the last day or two.
