I drove 6+ hours just to get there for them to cancel my reservation in front of my face and then how to scramble to find a room?

Our stay was great🤗 clean and working appliances 😱

Breakfast would of been great and/or vending machines

I didn’t like nothing but this place

The showers wasn’t working

The place was clean and quiet. I liked it that we had a small kitchen if we stay again I'll bring a little pan to cook breakfast.

First impressions was not good. We walked in to register and it's full with about 5 people, with such an inclosed area we all should of been wearing a mask with the covid pendemic is picking up again. Then we have some lady and man come in now it's 7 people 🙄. She kept interrupting clerk getting in front of everyone. Then officer walks in now we are 8. Some of us are getting angry over trash there room ect.ect.ect. lady was asked by officer to move back she was to close to gun intensed moment when officer put hand on gun. Finally we waited till all the commotion settled and taken care of we registered. The clerk apologized and friendly. We didn't know we have to trow out our own trash. Read a note on lobby by elevator. Asked maid about it she said it was ok , but I said no problem I would trow it out was afraid we would get charged 50 dollars more for trash we have for two days. Otherwise we're comfortable in our room, staff friendly. Air conditioner a little loud but we turned it off at night.

We've enjoyed staying at woodspring, room was clean and price was excellent.

Elevator could have been a little cleaner

Everything the bed was to small

I had a non smoking and the hall ways and my room smelled like smoke all hand sanitizer by elevators were used for ash trays

The staff is very accommodating and friendly at all hours of operation. Very very professional. The manager and young woman who lives on site were a blessing in our time of need thank you again b

There is a guest on the 3rd floor that who plays his music way too loud.
