Staff was very unprofessional, didn't understand their own systems. Poor customer service. They just didn't know how to check people in at all.

Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No problem traveling with your dog.

The front desk staff weren't trained. We waited in line for 45 min to check in. There was 2 associates and each had one customer. It was ridiculous !! They were very unprofessional as well even saying to one customer they sold the customers room. It was in very poor taste and the customer was angry..it was a joke. Not funny !!

The rooms smelled dirty. I requested a downstairs for 2 rooms I paid for and was promised that. The other employee sold it from right under her., I'm disabled and there was no elevator. That ticked me off !! The property is not ADA compliant.

the property was in a good location, they worked on rooms constantly though which made the room and floor noisy. I was able to tolerate it though

the staff! one lady at the desk was not nice at time of check in and check out! got argumentative in-front of other guests and in-front of management who did nothing. I did not like getting belittled in-front of other people let alone feel uncomfortable do staff, that’s never happened to me before. Was happy when I left to another hotel which I didn’t have that issue with.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was huge and had more than I expected for a budget hotel.
