I requested a suite, I was charged for a suite but I got a regular room. I am confined to a wheelchair and I needed a suite that was accessible, I reserved the room but when I went to check in the lobby was full of guests and I was to that the room was not available. I was sent to a room that was not accessible at first. Then when I asked for a chanfe I got a regular room with 2 beds. Totally unacceptable..

The staff was friendly and the room was large and comfortable.

The size of the closet was very inadequate for 2 people staying for multiple nights.

TV in our room did not work. The guy they send to fix it could not but he had no people or communication skills. It was like he did not want to work there.

O hotel é "OK". Distante de Miami Beach e de Miami Down Town, essa distância as vezes parece maior pelo trânsito. Estava incluso na diária o café da manhã (nada demais também). Estacionamento amplo no local.

Se o objetivo for visitar os pontos principais de Miami, não é o hotel ideal para se hospedar. Estava com meus dois filhos e pegamos um quarto com cama de casal e um sofá-cama grande. A cama do sofá-cama era muito ruim, não vale (peguem quarto com duas camas). Não é uma região para caminhar, a locomoção é sempre de carro.

If there was number more than 11 to rate place I would. I would rate this place more than 20. AND MAIN REASON IS YOU STAFF MEMBERS. They did a GREAT JOB. Beyond my expectations. There was a short Spanish lady who was preparing breakfast, I think her name was Grace she was so so nice she prepared vegan patties for us ESPECIALLY because she knew from the first night we stayed we were vegetarian. She was being so kind and pleasant to every customer there, she deserves a raise.

They gave me a king and I paid for 2 queens. She said because they were busy. Which I understandable but what about me that’s paying and coming from another city. I could even have and company because there wasn’t enough room for my nieces.
