I actually was unable to stay there because they were over booked but I know the property well. They made sure I was ok and booked me at another hotel close by. The management is extremely nice! THANK YOU!

It was in a good location and the room was spacious for a family of 4.

The air con was extremely noisy. The coffee machine broke down at the bistro for breakfast 😭

Ideal location to North Shore beaches and sites

The resort and the surrounding settlement is as dry as a witch's!!! Don't expect a lively evening over a few drinks watching the sun set. Food options limited - the nearest decent restaurant with a bar is 12kms away.

Pool and beach near by

Strategic location and the nice room, bathroom size is also good. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception and housekeeping.

Although food at the bistro has a nice selection, 2 staff in particular werent very nice, although they werent rude but werent that patient and friendly either.

Clean and quiet bedroom. Nice swimming pool with a spa. There's a beach nearby and the Polynesian Cultural Centre is just across the road. Short drive to Turtle Bay and many nice beaches.

Despite paying for 4 adults when booking, the included breakfast was only for 2 adults and 2 children, but there was no children in our party. They would not give us breakfast for 4 adults because "that's how they sell their packages". Eventually the manager agreed to give us the extra 2 breakfast but for the first day only. Also, I'm not sure if this is a thing in other hotels in Hawaii, but they don't sell and you're not allowed to drink alcohol on the public areas. So if you're thinking about sipping on a cocktail or beer while sitting at the pool chairs, forget about it.
