The atmosphere is so clean and nice. My room was clean and smelt so clean and fresh .

Nothing was bad about our stay besides when we got there the computers were down and no one could get room keys but it was okay .

I got there late 12:15 am and no one working front desk. If I didn’t have digital key I would have been out of luck. No one answered the intercom.

The front desk all 3 shifts was awful. It's not welcoming at all. Room was over priced

Breakfast was good

Our room was a hour late. The room was heavily sprayed with lysol. We could not breathe and had to use a fan and open door to air it out. We were not able to be in room for 4 hours on top of the hour late check in. The workers were very rude and did not care to resolve issues only giving us a card to call management after we get home. Many other issue made the stay not what we paid for to enjoy our getaway.

When food ran out, it was not refilled. Another guest asked for more and the old woman working the kitchen said they weren't making more because there was only an hour left. People paid for food to eat until 10am. There were alot of people that didn't get food because there weren't much or it was cold. I seen alot of people were not happy either. The worker was rude to the guest. She went back into the kitchen and was loud telling someone in there about the fueat complaining about not having enough food out there. She said to the person in the kitchen " I am not putting more food out there for just an hour." That is rude and it is her job that guest get food that they pay for. I.would really consider have breakfast til 11 so people have more time before they have to leave. The bar on Saturdays should be open til bar time of 2. Everyone was kicked out at 12. That was lost money for the bar.

I couldnt change the channel on the tv. Also if check in is at 3pm check out should be the same. So really your paying for a day and a half instead of 2 days. And the wifi password didnt work. It was very loud news years eve. Which was to be expected. The beds were comfy.
