Property was very clean. Staff was friendly.
Room was clearly remodeled but you could see holes in the walls where things used to be. Phone didn’t work. Dryer didn’t work. Replacement dryer didn’t work in bathroom receptacle. Toilet flusher was broken in half. Peeling paint. Room wasn’t ready a little after check n time.

I like everything! Free parking, spacious room and the breakfast. Perfect location to see a concert in the Amphitheater.

The location was great but the indoor facility was less than relaxing.
Both rooms we got put in had a broken ac unit that did not lower below 73 degrees. When we used the shower for about 15 minutes the room would not lower below 76. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the top floor but generally the hotel was loud, a bit wet, and extremely warm (especially in the lobby and hallways).

Breakfast area was too small to accommodate the amount of guests. We had wait to eat later because of not having enough space but ran out of food by the time we got down to eat at 9am. Did not have clean towels for the rooms or the pool.

also, I booked 3 rooms thru booking. com but hotel could only find 2. had to spend 30 mi utes on phone with booking.com to resolve. the confirmation numbers that show up in booking.com app are not the same conf # the hotel has. Big delay in getting to room but not hotel fault! it was the fault of booking.com

Excellent service, room was exceptionally comfortable at everything you could possibly need in the room.
The pool was closed which was disappointing for my grandson. Also the breakfast could have provided a bigger variety, they appeared to be out of several things.

Rooms were nice, especially the kitchenettes. Liked the privacy curtain.
Barn doors for bathroom were not private and awkward for others in the room. Had to hang sheet over door. Sheets on the bed were microfiber and hot.

Location to downtown Tuscaloosa was perfect.
there were ants in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. Was charged $30 more at checkout than what I was charged at time of booking.
