Lo que no me gustó mucho fue la ubicación que está un poco alejado de todo pero por lo de más un 10.

The breakfast is excellent. Great selection and delicious. No other hotel offers a breakfast like yours.

Comfort, nice personell

Halls smelled bad occasionally, but it was only in the hall (and outside the door by the parking lot), smell never entered the room. I recognized the dmell, but am not writing what it was.

My Remote Batteries Were Dying So I Had To Cast Share My Phone To The Tv To Watch Anything, & It Was A Dead Fly That Greeted Me At The Bathroom Door.

We could not sleep the whole night because there were many kids and teenagers playing in the corridors and hallways. There we’re running, screaming, shouting and yelling! Unfortunately, no one answered our calls at the front desk, it was uncomfortable experience!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The hotel room was super nasty, and to make matters worse, they didn't bother to clean it up for three nights straight, despite my repeated complaints to the reception. It was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better hygiene and service from a hotel of this caliber. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

Room is clean.

The building is not very sound proof. The room above us was noisy at night, with baby crying and little kids running around. The breakfast food quality is very bad!

The Staff was polite and respectful.

Breakfast on the first day was ok. The Sunday was a shambles. Ran out of stuff. When I asked about getting some more provisions I was told that breakfast ended at 10:00am. It was 9:50am at that time.

Floyd the staff was amazing, he was the reason we stayed. He was apologetic compassionate The two ladies working need training and a list of things to do such as cleaning wiping the tables vacuuming the dining area heck change the garbage when it’s full and not sit on their phones.

The hotel was disgusting absolutely dirty from the time we walked in to our room the dining area everything was dirty. I took pictures of the microwave the doors etc. I also saw mice in the dining area. Very disappointing. These pictures are what was there on Friday night when we checked in, when we left on Sunday exactly the same way. Under age kids checked into the hotel extremely loud.
