Would stay again.

The staff is super friendly. The pool is clean and heated. Decent sized fitness center. For breakfast it is a voucher to the on-site restaurant. Amazing staff and food. The rooms were clean. Elevators quick and clean.

Beds were a little on the hard side for our comfort.

Staff is stellar and very kind.

The night clerk and the bartender were beyond awesome when we had a personal situation. I can't even remember their first names though.

The expensive buffet breakfast, it should have been a Continental breakfast. It was nothing special.

Last time we use Holiday Inn...and we travel often.

Location was about all we really liked. Beds were comfortable.

1) Room was dated and needed maintenance. 2) Tub did not drain like it should. 3) We booked there because.it had 24 hr KITCHEN....Nope...it was closed. 4). We paid for hot breakfast...Nope...they offered a very limited, cold carry out for $7.95. Kitchen was closed.

Breakfast if they want to call this a breakfast. Then at first they took of an amount of 150 then again 25 and then again 180 In general no hotel so far can compare prize wise to the luxury you get in the GCC For the price paid you would expect at least a bottle of water in your room, when you go to the vending machine to take water this was empty

The restaurant was poor the food was heated up in the microwave poorly staffed one person handled the bar restaurant and kitchen

Location was good, room was nice, staff may need more training.

Breakfast wasn’t an option at the location I was at even though it said it was supposed to be.

Desk staff were very rude and unfriendly. Room wasn’t ready until after 4pm to check in because of house keeping not able to show up.

We liked the location

but the shower in the room was not up to my expectations. The water trickled and there was not a bench or ledge to accommodate shampoos and shaving, etc.

Sigh… we had business needing done on computers- impossible to complete. Thus made it difficult to relax and enjoy.

clean, comfortable bed, good coffee, large shower, desk staff were nice but uninformed about their internet issues.

No hooks or shelf for towels near shower, no lotion (amenities were very sparse); worst internet we’ve experienced in a hotel in 20 years. Desk staff hadn’t been told of new internet access; manager made silly excuses; even after we got on, the system threw us off.

Would be nice to have a continental breakfast option so it would be quick and easy in the mornings, instead of a sit down and order breakfast.

Very nice young lady checked us in....very efficient. The remainder of the staff didn't smile and say hi during our stay. Very odd per my experiences with Holiday Inn/HI Express.
