Checkin flexibility needs to be the norm. Our confirmation said check-in was from 4-6pm. That is a long widow and we arrived in PCB at 10:30 so we really needed to get in around 2pm

Me and my family had a great stay, nice and clean, nice size room, bunk beds for the kids, we enjoyed it! pretty much everything was walking distance. Great for a family stay.
The elevator stayed busy so there were always a wait for the elevator and we waited alot just to get on, but other then that our stay was amazing.

The location and amenities were great! The pools and hot tub were nice.
There isn't enough room on the beach for families with tents. The space is reserved for beach service only.

A great view to the beach, amazing pool, and staff there. love the privacy
during our stay the elevators were malfunctioning for several days which cause us to wait about 30 mins to even get on the elevator otherr than that the place was amazing

Location was good
Well the price online was good at 150 a night but did not mention anything about the 300 plus service charge. If I had known that I may have reconsidered

Location was good, pools were fine, beach was convenient, except for first day at check in, elevators were not a problem. My daughter stayed in another condo in that complex, and they had all kinds of pool and beach equipment left from previous tenants, so we were able to use some of that.
Our unit was smaller than expected, door to bedroom was inoperable until we improvised to fix stripped out screws in hinge, woodwork and one place in wall in bad shape, washer and dryer in closet difficult to reach bc of bed in the way, nice closet space but shelves filled with extra bedspreads, pillows, and blankets, bathroom fan VERY loud.
Not the owner's fault, but unit above was being remodeled and hammering and drilling started in morning and went on almost every day and electricity was out a couple of hours two mornings in a row. The whole "leave your ID with attendant to get a luggage cart that can only be attained on 3rd floor of parking garage" thing was inconvenient, especially upon arrival. I realize that the week we were there was the busiest week of the year, and a record setting week for the whole PCB area. That brings challenges for everyone involved.

Loved the bar and grill, the indoor pools, the location was perfect to get to everything quickly
No toilet paper, no linens for the pull out sofa even after I called the house keeping line, elevators are too hot and don't work properly

The pass code provided was not correct and had to call to get the password code and that took 45-1 hr.

Do not rent a 3 bedroom from Panhandle at Majestic! It’s really a two bedroom and the 3rd room is a washroom with a bulk bed in it! Totally false information! Would never stay there again!

Having a market at the condo.
Upon arrival to the room, there were wet, dirty washcloths in the shower. After the first night, my son woke up almost crying from hurting from how hard the mattress was. The remote was missing one battery. They did bring that immediately but the tv did not work. They sent someone to fix it, but they told me something was downloading & as it finished it would work. The person left & the download did not fix it. We went 5 days with no tv. It wouldn’t have been too bad except the weather was terrible the whole time so I was stuck in the condo with a small child & no tv. We actually left 2 days early and came to orange beach.

The location was great! Loved our condo! Very clean and cozy!
The first two nights we were woke by a group of young kids staying in the condo that we shared a common entrance with, had to call security to ask them to quiet down.. the walls are super thin! Could even hear the people above us! The man who rents out the beach chairs in front of the Majestic is very arrogant and rude! We paid over $200 to rent them for 6 days, hours were suppose to be 7-5, if we didn’t get to the chairs by 3 he would take them away, and when we would be there he was forcing everyone out of them no later than 430.! Do yourself a huge one and go buy your own chairs and umbrella! The chairs were falling apart and definitely not worth arguing with the man about times with them!! He was also suppose to put our names on the backs of the chairs so we knew where we were sitting daily, not one day did he do that! It was a random guess where we were sitting each day! Majestic truly needs to find someone who cares about their guests and making someone’s vacation a relaxing one! He definitely and clearly is there for the money ONLY!!
