this was a spur of the moment booking. we were scared pulling up to this place. didn't even stay. of course can't get a refund. but oh well, lesson learned.

Kansas has consumer protection laws to stop companies like yours from ripping people off. I don't recommend Bookings.com or this hotel to anyone. The door didn't latch closed properly. There were bloody bandages on the floor. The toilet didn't flush and there was a huge hole in the side of the tub covered with duct tape. plumbing didn't drain properly. I had to wash up with nothing but a rag. There was no bedding, the one sheet on the bed was filthy. No pillows. I slept in a chair the TV was gone and replaced with a tiny box tv from the 1900s. There is gang grafitti on the wall. The dressers were broken. Where do I stop? Oh and to top it off, the room was advertised at $52, I paid $74 with bookings BS fees, and that wasnt enough. When I got there the property manager wanted more money so he grabbed my device and cash apped himself another $42 which was exactly what I had in cash app and exactly what I had to my name so I'm working 12 hour days and haven't eaten since Wednesday.

I abandoned my hotel room after several people on drugs and a few ladies of the evening started fighting outside my room. I have lived in some rough neighborhoods, and this place made me feel very uncomfortable.

It was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Other people that stayed there. I couldn't even stay the night I was to freaked out by the drug addicts staying there. Yelling an knocking on other people's doors for who knows what. Management was great and friendly. The rooms were satisfactory. Everything about the motel itself and it's staff were great, but safety for myself due to other patrons really ruined it.

The room was filthy.

This was the most revolting motel I've ever experienced. I booked a single non smoking room and they gave me a double Smoking room. Droopy, old mattresses and furniture from 1980. Cigarette burns, stains and holes all over the comforter, Stained carpets all over so much that they were black. Yellow tar stained phone, horrible smell and the lamp shade was in shambles. Not to mention the guy next door that I could hear swear yelling through the paper thin walls. This is a murder hotel and I didn't even feel safe enough to stay there by myself so I left even though I paid for the room. STAY AWAY unless you're a drug dealer or you like getting bed bugs. Absolutely horrifying.

Clean it up. Make it safe and clean for people wanting to stay there.

Price and location.

It was dirty. There was blood splattered on the tv. The guest with the 30' horse trailer made it difficult to park...who even does that?

It was a horrible unclean roaches, bad property, all and all it was a very bad place!!
