Breakfast was ok. Rooms are Ok

Wifi did not server my needs for business work. It would keep disconnecting me from my office server therefore could not get any work done

The breakfast was delicious! This is a very clean and we'll maintained hotel. The machines in the workout area are stable and there's 2 nice flat screen tvs to watch. I brought my Yorkie with me so it cost a few $ extra . They have a floor of rooms for us animal lovers ! The front desk staff was great. Easy check in experience.

Everything fine, loved the walk in shower. Wish movies were available if we chose to pay. Local place Firerock restaurant very good. It was just up the road.

Bed not very comfortable at least mot for me. Otherwise all good.

it was very clean, beds were so comfortable and the staff were very helpful and nice. made us feel welcomed and wished we could have stayed longer. my kids loved the pool too! thank you!

Location is off the interstate, but far enough away that you don’t hear any traffic noise. The hot tub was amazing. Sauna too. Rooms neat and clean. Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast. If I ever need to stay over in Casper again, I’ll be here

Nothing. It was a wonderful experience being at this hotel. As stated, will return if ever in the area again. Highly recommend. Now I’m typing words to complete the survey

The staff Aaron was exceptional and that was the ONLY thing we liked about the stay. Other than that everything was TERRIBLE

The first room the heater/AC did not work, the second room the shower head fell off, water would go from extremely hot to ice cold to kind of warm and back & forth during the entire shower

It was comfortable for the kids and the pool was still open when we got there! Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Gym was fully stocked!
