Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly.
The towels were the least quality available. The hot water took 5 minutes to come to temperature as we were told it would. The hotel is under construction. We were not aware at booking that the conditions would be as they were. I sat on the chaise lounge in the room and was very itchy on my legs afterward. Made me question the cleanliness of it.

I cancelled my reservation but could not speake with anyone I could understand or was from the hotel. You have lost my business in the future. Hire Americans!

I liked the breakfast every morning, was nice to be able to just get dressed and go downstairs and have it ready. The pool was quiet, clean and warm!! Enjoyed it every day!
The room had throw up on the bed duvey. Didn't notice upon check in because it was late so spoke to front desk and they offered to switch rooms, so we did later that day after we did our funeral. After moving to new room, there was a young group of kids that had a party on the floor below us and was disturbing to relax. Went to desk and they addressed right away.

Like the area, love the breakfast, the staff was very friendly. Overall it was a good experience.
Could have been a little cleaner, it wasn't bad but seems that when we stayed last year the floors and walls were cleaner. The pool needed a good cleaning which was done while we were there. The umbrellas were torn and tattered but they had new ones on order.

I found a hair in my bed in between the sheets when I first arrived that set the ton for my stay. everything else’s was Okay the only other thing was I asked for a refrigerator & was told there was one in every room (I have medicine) that’s needs refrigerated & the room only has a cooler.
The hotel policy say you MUST wear a face MASK awhile indoors & I checked in wearing a MASK & no one had a MASK on. No employee wore one & the rule was not enforced. I wasn’t happy that no one worn one while indoors. I stayed there because of the policy!!!!

Staff was great. Hotel was modern, attractive and clean. Comp. breakfast was quite good.
Air quality in the room seemed rather poor--dry and stuffy--was the only negative

Loved the room. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Able to control room temperature and keep the fan on. Pillows could have been a little firmer

The beds were a little hard for my back, but other than that the property was great.
