Very clean room and staff was excellent!

Interesting part of town. Many people smoking outside of hotel.

The location also it was highly recommended. The pictures and and the actual rooms are the same. This is a very clean and well kept hotel!

The only complaint I have is that in the microwave in the room there was some food! Everything else was spotless.

Everything. The roominess, full kitchen, cleanliness, & ambiance were wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby was welcoming and just said "we are here to meet your needs."

GREAT location. The hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable to me, but a warning - if you like a firm sleep, you might not enjoy. The beds are very soft. HUGE bathroom. It was an extremely sizeable room overall. Friendly staff. High-quality guest laundry. I appreciated that pots, pans, utensils, and diningware are included in the suite if you did want to cook your own meals, along with a dish drain/dish detergent, paper towels, etc., a two-burner cooktop, full size fridge and plenty of cabinet space. Hot water at all times and really good water pressure in the bathroom. I really appreciate all the mirrors in the room - helped with getting ready - and the closet in the bathroom is large enough to accommodate plenty of clothing, suitcases, etc. Great set up for an extended stay. The price was excellent for the quality of the property, as well.

A/C in the room did not cool very well at all. It's a little frustrating waking up feeling sticky, though the windows do open. I heard other guests complain about the same in their rooms. The Wi-Fi signal is also terrible. I was about halfway down the second floor, and it never worked during my 3-night stay.

The only thing that I have to say negative is that they did not have a handrail in the bathtub. When you’re trying to wash your feet and you put your foot down with soap on it, I slid and had nothing to hold onto.

I was stuck in a snowstorm and could not arrive on the day scheduled. The hotel gave me NO relief on the bill. I was willing to pay a late fee, but full charge is not customer friendly.
