Location was great! Staff was fabulous! Overall pretty clean Nice surprise to have a small kitchenette in our room

It appeared there were people who have been there long term and it smelled like bad BO in the hallway as there were rooms where doors were opened. The mattresses were very lumpy and too small for the bed frames themselves. There were handprints all over the headboards that we tried to wash off ourselves

Employee that was working the front desk when we arrived was terribly rude. Never said hello or asked how she could help us. “we have no rooms available for check in” was all she said to us and then walked away.
