Great hotel friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. Great size for families. Breakfast was good, loved making my own waffles.

Everything was so comfortable. The suite was very nice. The staff was amazing. We liked that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toiletries were included in our stay; we were so tired from the drive and car troubles we completely forgot to buy our own, the hotel was a blessing

There was only one issue the shampoo bottle that was attached in the bath fell off, but it did not change or mind that we made the right decision in our stay

I called ahead and told them I was going to be late they said it was fine when I arrived they had already put me in as a no show and has to double charge me. I also had to wait 1/2 hr for them to figure out there mistake. There was no shampoo or soap in the room and barely any toilet tissue.

Plenty of options for breakfast Cleanliness was great Suite was good sized

I didn’t really want to write this review but I do feel like it’s necessary. I wish someone would have written these things down in their reviews because I definitely would have never stayed here. I have no idea how this hotel got such good reviews. Let me start with check in. I had booked about 6 weeks before coming to Austin and asked for specifics before coming. I do understand sometimes you can’t get everything but I wasn’t asking for much. Just a couple simple things. I called the day I was coming in and asking if I could check in early. Daphne told me it was first come first serve so when I arrived at 1pm she said my room wasn’t ready. To come back at 3pm. But they couldn’t guarantee that I would get the room I wanted even though I was there early she wouldn’t save it for me. She ran me around for quite a bit then finally told me she could save my room if I paid for it right then. So I did. Told her I would be back at 3 to get into the room. Got there at 3 and tells me my room still isn’t ready and she has no idea what time it will be done. 1- rooms are suppose to be ready to check in by 3. I waited patiently. 2- I had been traveling for 3 days to get here and am exhausted and just want to rest. Now she is just playing games. I had to step back for a minute because I was just getting so upset. I ask her please request that our room get cleaned now because I have been waiting all this time. She finally went and asked and said it would be at least another 40 minutes. I called early that morning. Why is our room not cleaned at this time. What is everyone doing? It’s not even busy at all in this hotel. This starts to worry me because I’m staying a week at this place. Do you not care about your guests? I told her ok we need to come up with something to get us into a room now. I’m the one who is problem solving and I don’t work here. She gets on her computer and tells me I can have a handicap room because the guy who has requested it doesn’t need it at all.
