Excellent stay! Visited the Warhol Museum and this is a 5 minute walk. The hotel allowed us to leave our car in their adjacent parking lot for free while we went to the museum. Beautiful and quiet updated room, very comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Great hot breakfast.

Good location and easy walk into downtown. The hotel let me store a suitcase for a week in between my stays. Breakfast was decent.

Room had only decaf coffee supplied. Got to breakfast at 9:30, all the warming trays completely empty. A “free breakfast” area with everyone standing around holding empty plates. Parking was $28, more than all the surrounding lots. Price for a hotel in Pittsburgh cost more than ANY city I’ve been to.

Room was by the highway & you could hear everything! It was like the window was open. And listen I get it, if you want to be near it all but do something about that, we slept like crap

Great location. Within walking distance of PNC Park. Able to park the car in their lot. Good breakfast selection as well.
Heater didn’t work so room was cold at night. Sheets were tucked in so tightly that we had to sleep a foot away from the headboard to get under the covers. Mattresses were too soft and woke up with back pain.

My room was not ready by 3 when it was supposed to be and then when i got back after the ballgame which was before 9pm they had given my room to someone else...not happy

Location and breakfast was good
Parking was $25 usd per day. The pool water was dirty. Clean towel ran out on the second day of our stay. Tv was not working in the room

It is a little loud there - highway, train tracks - it didn't interfere with our sleep.

Perfect for a walk in the city, parking included to room.
The bed was were comfortable and the room was big.
There was a 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby.
There was only one way dishes which creates a lot of waste at breakfast.
The service wasn't as aspected. Claim handling was not good.
I booked a room without knowing what it will be. I had no luck and get the one of the side of the interstate.

The phone was in the room only was working one way anything I was need for room I have to go to in the lobby. And anything u put in fridge get frozen
The bathroom fan was on 27. No any key u can turn off. So so loud so hard to sleep and the manager was work there he was so Disrespectful person. Not sure way he work there it’s sad

The staff were incredible, helpful, funny, and so friendly. The bed was very comfortable, i didnt want to get out!

The location is perfect for sports. Also the breakfast was delicious. The eating area was kept clean and the food was refilled quickly.
The room wasn't vacuumed. There were granules like kitty litter in the corner.. lots of granules. The room faced the highway which made it hard to sleep at night with all the noise... Where are all these people going at 3am?? Lol

Room was nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, location best for ballgame. Location was excellent - didn't need our vehicle at all on the one day as we walked everywhere that we wanted to go (restaurants, football stadium tour, baseball game).
Small fridge in room didn't have a freezer section. Would have been nice for our freezer packs to keep our water bottles cold while we were out and about. Pool area was on the small side and had no hot tub.

The location was great! Breakfast was awesome! So much to choose from. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

The hotel location is within walking distance to many area attractions. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. We arrived a little early and the staff quickly checked on our room to have us in right on time.
The parking lot was a little concerning and could have been better lit and safeguarded.

it was a 10 minute travel from PPG arena. very convenient spot for activities in town
the address took us to the hotel across the street which was very confusing.

the front desk person ask me for parking i said yes but he/she didnt told me the amount so when i see my bank statement ufff $50 i think next time you guys need to tell the customer the amount before because street its free parking of weekend
