The only thing we didn’t like was guest put there kids in the Lego pits like ball pits. Some had bare feet & all I thought was someone’s getting ring worm….

Staff was wonderful. Location to park was amazing. Great breakfast. Room was ready very early. Loved the elevator music. Pool was great

The only thing enjoyable was a pijama dance party for the kids
Our room was infested with ants and spiders. Made me question our bed sheets and floors. They cleaned after several unsuccessful attempts. The staff left us a broom to keep cleaning ourselves! That was insulting.

The activity for the children, how close it was to logoland.
The room bath room was not that clean. One of the elevators was out of service. People were frustrated trying to move around. That is a top priority in making sure guest can get to their rooms without waiting 15 minutes.

The wait times at the on site restaurant were insane. We waited an hour just to sit, then an additional hour to get our food. Would have rather went out to a restaurant.

We loved the welcoming of the staff. Very helpful in anything we needed to check-in, activities, and breakfast servers. We were there to celebrate our twins' 11th birthday, and Dolores in the gift shop made their day. Once she found out it was their birthday, she gave them each a birthday pin with their names. I love how she made my boys feel special. Thank you.
I wish we knew ahead of time to make reservations to the shipwreck restaurant. We really looked forward to eating their as part of our sons birthday celebration, but when we arrived, we were told we needed reservations, and dining was full. Also, same with the master builders' workshops. We didn't register in advance, and my boys didn't get to enjoy lego creative building. So in the day the boys didn't have much to do at the hotel since we didn't plan on going to the them park and couldn't go swimming because of the freezing temps.

Everything was created with the kids in mind. Breakfast at the Bungalow was great.
Bed had no comforter. called to order additional warm blankets and they did not come. I called back several times and the phone kept finishing but no one picked up. There was hair found in the bathroom and bed. The floor was not swept. Creative workshop had no openings and there wasn’t an alternate activity that they could have done.
