Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.

The room wasn't ready at check-in - they gave us the keys and when we got to the room it was still dirty from the previous guests. The housekeeper had stripped the beds and left the door open. We were told she'd left for the evening and they'd get a room ready for us later that night. We got back and they'd "upgraded" us to a king suite (we had 3 people and needed the two queen beds), when we got in the room and made the pullout couch, there were cigarette butts in the cushions and the rest of the room just looked as if they'd only changed the sheets.

The hall seemed to smell funny maybe needs air refreshers to make it smell better

Everything was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was over the top good./

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety of foods.

I asked for a quiet room and they put us right by the stairs and near a side entry door. Also, the office computers were a Stone Age joke. The internet on them didn’t work well and their printer wouldn’t print. Also, I got scolded by a staff worker during breakfast for pouring my coffee from my styrofoam cup into my reusable cup to take it with me instead of wasting the coffee. He embarrassed me in front of a lot of people and only said something to me even though multiple people were using reusable travel cups. We paid over $200 a night and it was a joke.

Location was great, price was good

Room was musty, pillows smelled quite musty/smokey. Property needs a refresh. Breakfast was quite mediocre.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, & the continental breakfast. I like the location of the hotel.

I enjoyed the stay & I have stayed here a few times because of the accommodations & would do it again.
